The Companion Cube Head. When a Pyramid Head got into a freakish accident with the Portal Gun, Companion Cube Head was born. The giant blade gained portal abilities letting the Companion Cube Head impale victims from extreme distances. Now it roams the corridors in search of its next victim.

Three years after the events of the Portal series, Chell recives a letter from companion cube telling her to come to Silent Hill and meet him in their special place. But companion cube has been dead for years on account of him being thrown into an incinerator.

This monster is a manifestation of Chell's guilt and lust for self punishment from murdering her best friend.
