I like it. The metal and gears and technology stuff has always been one of your strong points. Though, the only thing I would have changed is her hair. I would have given it a little more shading and definition. It's really matte, and the flat color looks a bit out of place with all the vibrant colors and shading you have going on. Otherwise, I like it.
The white hair on the girl looks really nice, and the way her dress seems to almost dissipate into particles is really fascinating. I think people and other organic stuff is haarrrd to paint, but at least it's fun stuff! I think you'll be just fine after a little more practice, because you already have a great start ! Your metalwork is still MINDBLOWINGAWESOMESAUCE, because I don't think I could manage to mix match that much stuff and still make it seem to fit into the piece.
I can't wait to see your stuff when you're graduating. It's gonna kick so much ass.
The woman's hair needs a tiny bit more strands putting in it, and the hatched highlighting, whilst making her stand out well, seems at odd with the smooth shading of the machinery around her. Plus her shoulders seem to be a bit too high up for the rest of her torso. Still, the detail on her is incredible, I just prefer the spiralling machinery more.
